Most Preferable Application : Calorie Diary
This application is Calorie Diary. It tells you about how much calories that you consume in each day. How can you use it!!! I will tell you in each step.
After you install program on you phone, you open it and then it will show you the blog for you to fill your personal information like age, weight, and height. It will calculate your BMR and the appropriate calories that you should consume in each day.
After all, it will let you choose "how frequently you work out or exercise in each day.
So, It done. From the first page, it will show you the list of food and then you can click the food that you eat in each meal.
Suppose that you eat Pizza, it contains 480 calories. So, if you want to burn, you need to walk around 160 minutes or swimming 36 minutes to burn or remove that meal's calories.
After your all meals in a day, the program will calculate the total calorie that you get.
If you calorie is not exceed the target, you will see smile on girl's face.
But if you don't put any food your the program, the girl's face will look no energy at all.
I use this app when I want to control my weight. It's benefit for the one who concern with consuming too much calorie in each day.
